Easy tri-color rotini pasta salad with mozzarella and fresh grape tomatoes. A delicious twist on the classic caprese salad.
Ingredients: 1 Box Tri-Color Rotini Pasta 12 oz Pkg (or 2 Pints) Grape Tomatoes 16 oz Marinated Mozzarella Pearls 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt Sprinkle Black Pepper
Clean your tomatoes. Prepare your pasta per manufacturer’s instructions. Mix cooled pasta, olive oil, marinated mozzarella, grape tomatoes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight. This colorful pasta salad was so yummy. Perfect summer pasta salad. Serves 3 to 4.
