2 2/3 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk 10 Carmel Cookies (crushed) 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon Coconut Extract (secret ingredient) 1/4 Teaspoon Salt (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat heavy cream on medium speed until you get stiff peaks. Crush your cookies. Add sweetened condensed milk, beat on low speed for a few seconds. Then add crushed cookies, vanilla, coconut extract, and salt to the whipped cream, and gently fold in with a spatula until combined. Pour into a loaf pan or baking dish, cover with parchment paper, then freeze until firm.
