Ingredients: 2 Ounces Cranberry Juice 2 1/4 Ounces Champagne or Sparkling Wine (Sparkling Mineral Water, for a mocktail) Few Fresh Cranberries
Pour chilled cranberry juice in to your champagne flute. You can go with the traditional cranberry juice or you can try a cranberry juice blend, cranberry apple is perfect for the fall/winter holiday. Carefully tilt your flute about 45 degrees and gently pour in your chilled Champange or Sparkling Wine. For a mocktail, try a chilled Sparkling Mineral Water. Remeber to leave some room at the top of the glass for the bubles to settle a bit. Give a gentle stir, optional. Top with fresh cranberries for garnish. Enjoy!
