Enjoy my easy go to cranberry sauce recipe.
Ingredients:
1 Bag Fresh Cranberries 1 Apple – Honeycrisp or Gala ¼ Cup of Sugar 1 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar 1 Cinnamon stick ¼ Teaspoon Sea Salt ½ Cup Water 1 Lemon (Fresh Lemon Juice)
Clean or rinse well apple and cranberries. Peel and dice apple.
Add cranberries, apple, sugar, light brown sugar, cinnamon stick, sea salt, water, and lemon juice (optional) to medium sauce pan. Cook medium-low, stir occasionally, for 15 minutes or until cranberries have broken apart and are soft. Enjoy.
