Want an moist pork tenderloin, try this super easy recipe.
Ingredients: 1 Pre-Marinated Pork Tenderloin 19oz (1.2 lbs) 1 Medium Onion – Sliced 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Sea Salt Black Pepper
Pre heat your oven to 425 degrees (or to temperature per the manufacturer’s instructions). Prepare a foil packet in your roasting dish (or baking dish). Remove the membrane from your tenderloin. Place in the foil packet. Drizzle with Olive Oil. Sprinkle with Sea Salt and Black Pepper. Remembered your tenderloin has already been in marinate so you don’t want to over season it. Top with sliced Onions. Close your foil packet. Cook at 425 degrees for about 1 hour or until your tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Personally, I cook until the internal temperature reaches about 170 degrees and the tenderloin juices run clear. You can poke with a skewer to test to see if the juices run clear. Some manufacturer’s recommend cooking at 25 to 30 minutes per pound. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
