The first Sunday in August is Friendship Day. Celebrate your friends to show you care. In-person or virtually connect with those that mean so much to you. Reconnect with a few old friends and colleagues that you’ve have lost touch with. Or build some new friendships.
Also good friends can have a positive impact on your health and well-being. They can help reduce your stress (sometimes just listening is enough), manage with traumas, help boost your self-confidence and celebrate positive events in your life.
Happy National Friendship Day.
