As we reflect on the past year and start thinking about what we need to achieve our aspirations for next year, focus on what’s really important to you. For me, focus on self-care is a key resolution. True focus on eating well, walking more (I used to love a brisk walk), getting more rest, and better managing stress are just a few I can really keep. All, I believe are key to maintaining good mental health.
How to keep your resolutions? Whatever resolutions you choose try to keep them realistic, be specific, try not to take on too many, and figure how to keep yourself accountable. Whether it’s a regular self check-in, an accountability buddy, or an app do your best to stay focused. A visual reminder is great too.
