Ingredients: 1 Large Cabbage (Sliced 1 inch thick) 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon Pepper
Directions: Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Place your cleaned and dried cabbage slices on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Drizzle on olive oil. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook for 30 – 35 minutes, turning with silicon tongs halfway through cooking time, until the edges are golden and the center is fork-tender.
