Tender Roasted Cabbage

Does the very thought of cooking cabbage come with worrying about strong odors? We have an easy recipe for oven roasted cabbage that’s tender enough to cut with a fork, and fills your kitchen with a yummy aroma. Roasting cabbage in the oven turns it into a delicious side dish full of flavor!

Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients:
1 Large Cabbage (Sliced 1 inch thick)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Cabbage Slices

Place your cleaned and dried cabbage slices on a parchment lined baking sheet. 

Cabbage Seasoned

Drizzle on olive oil. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Oven Roasted Cabbage

Cook for 30 – 35 minutes, turning with silicon tongs halfway through cooking time, until the edges are golden and the center is fork-tender.

Serves 3 – 4.
