Take a cool sip of our easy twist on the classic favorite Pina Colada. Our refreshing Pina Colada Popsicle Rum Cocktail recipe will take you back to your tropical paradise with one sip. Can you hear those waves crashing against the shore? Best part, you don’t even need to use a blender or mixer!
Ingredients:
1.5 to 2 oz Rum
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
2 Pina Colada Popsicles
Pineapple for garnish
Using a fun pineapple or tropical theme cocktail glass, pour in your rum, chilled pineapple juice, and add popsicles. Garnish your cocktail glass with a fresh pineapple wedge (optional). Wait about 2 minutes for the popsicles to begin to melt and mix with the rum and pineapple juice.
Gently stir and enjoy!
