Exhausted before dinner even starts? Want a deliciously satisfying side dish ready in a few minutes? Ok, try our easy, no mess frozen potatoes, peppers, and onions tips that will save you from washing, chopping, and tearing up over onions.
Directions: Set your air fryer to the “air fry” setting 400°F (200°C). Preheat for about 3-5 minutes. Pour in the frozen potatoes, peppers, and onions into your air fryer.
Arrange veggies in a single layer on your air fryer rack (or basket). Remember to give enough space for roasting. Spray with olive oil (optional).
Cook for about 10 minutes at 400°F (or per your manufacturer’s air frying instructions). Use silicon tongs to turn (and separate veggie clumps) about halfway through cook time. Serves 2.
Crispy Cooking Tips:
Don’t over pack your air fryer, your sprouts need plenty of space for the air to circulate for roasting. Cook in 2 or more batches.
To reheat leftovers, set your air fryer to Recrisp and cook for about 3 -5 minutes.
Note: Some say do not use aerosol cooking sprays in the air fryer basket, as it may cause damage to the coating.
