Directions: Set your air fryer to the “air fry” setting 400°F (200°C). Pour your bag of frozen asparagus into a freezer bag. Drizzle with olive oil and give it a good shake until the spears are well-coated. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on your air fryer rack (or basket). Be sure to give your spears enough space for roasting. Cook for about 10 minutes at 400°F (or per your manufacturer’s air frying instructions). Use silicon tongs to turn about halfway through cook time. Try a bit of Parmesan Reggiano or sprinkle of lemon for extra flavor. Serves 2.
