Ingredients:
8 Chicken Thighs
3/4 Cup of Teriyaki Sauce
5 Teaspoons Honey
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Sliced Green Onions (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix your teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger, and black pepper. Coat your chicken thighs, skin side down, and leave to marinate for at least 3 hours in your refrigerator. Place your marinated chicken in your baking pan. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches about 175 degrees to 180 degrees and until juices run clear (some prefer 195 degrees). Remove from oven, and leave to rest about 10 minutes. Pair with your favorite rice (perfect with Basmati rice), or other sides.
Makes 4 servings.
Enjoy.
