Ingredients:
4 to 5 lb. St Louis Style Spareribs
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
1 2/3 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 2/3 Teaspoon Paprika
1 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 1/2 Cup of Barbecue Sauce

Remove spareribs from refrigerator, let rest for about 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line your baking dish or pan with foil. Use a knife to help carefully remove and peel off the membrane from the backside of the spareribs. Rinse and pat dry your spareribs. Lightly coat your with olive oil. Some use mustard as a binder, I use a little olive oil. Generously, sprinkle both sides of the spareribs with seasoning. Place in your lined baking dish or pan. Tightly seal your foil on all sides. Bake for 3 hours or until tender. Remove the spareribs from oven. Turn the oven up to 400. Coat both sides with barbecue sauce. Loosely cover with foil, and return to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Or you could put on the grill for that smokey, charred flavor. Let rest uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
