Try this twist on the traditional summer tomato sandwich.
Easy summer sandwich with fresh tomatoes, bacon, mayo, ranch and bread. Yes bacon and ranch. So yummy!
Ingredients:
1 – 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes 6 -7 Slices of Bacon 2 Tablespoons Mayo 2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing 2 – 4 Slices of Bread Sprinkle of Sea Salt Sprinkle of Black Pepper – optional
Rinse and dry your tomatoes. Slice and place tomatoes on a paper towels. Salt (and pepper optional) your tomatoes, this will remove excess tomato juice. Lightly toast your bread slices. Combine mayo and ranch dressing, mix well. Coat each bread slice with a generous amount of dressing. Add bacon to bottom slice and stack your tomato slices. Top sandwich with your final bread slice. Serves 2. Enjoy!
