Ingredients:
1 – 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons of Mayo
2 – 4 Slices of Bread
Sprinkle of Sea Salt
Sprinle of Black Pepper – optional
Rinse and dry your tomatoes. Slice and place tomatoes on a paper towels. Salt (and pepper optional) your tomatoes, this will enhance flavor and remove excess tomato juice. Lightly toast your bread slices. Gently stir your mayo. Coat each bread slice with a generous amount of mayo and stack your tomato slices. Top your sandwich with your final bread slice. It really is that simple.
