Valentine’s Day, February 14th, the day when loved ones express affection.
Traditional tokens of affection include cards, candy, flowers (usually red roses), perfume/cologne, and jewelry. Although, some have gotten very creative over recent years with gifts of candy bouquets, cookies & cakes, personal electronics, and matching pjs. Whichever you choose, ask yourself “will they really love it.” We have all made the mistake of getting the wrong gift. Or as I like to call it the “oh” and sigh gift.

Remember it doesn’t have to cost a ton of cash. It really is the thought that counts. So it should be meaningful. Also, be in the moment, with no or very limited interruptions.
