World Mental Health Day
Oct 10

World Mental Health Day is observed October 10.

Created by the World Federation of Mental Health in 1992, it’s purpose is to be an advocate for mental health. By 1994 it had members across the globe. Over the years it has covered topics such as children, work, and health all the while educating about the importance of mental health.

Let’s listen to what our body (and mind) needs, we know when we feel overloaded.
Exercise, talk a walk, have a dance party.
Eating healthy is key during times of increased mental stress.
Get some rest, grab a quick nap.

Please take care of your mental health.
Self-Care is not self-centered.
